a day at home without SCV really bores me to tears. i cant imagine how other ppl lives w/o SCV, all i can do is take naps and feel like a pig. or stone on the sofa hoping time flies. perhaps pig out on some junks, or clean up my messy tables. all in all, its just
BORING! boring boring boring. i used to think that working is a redundant thing in ones life, but come to think of it, if i wasnt working, what can i do? unless im super rich or so, i can have high-teas everyday, and go shopping anytime, but the thing is, w/o working, how do i do these w/o income? there must b a reason why high-teas are called
HIGH-teas right... so afterall, working must be a part of someones life, guess thats how it works huh. life w/o a main focus is too boring to be live with, just like now, cant wait till school starts and lessons to begin, perhaps till then, the little shopping trips that i could manage to squeeze in would become more meaningful or so.
anyways, boring life at home seems to have taken some sort of effect on me, small little details in life make a big difference now, the most funny thing that i encountered in todays boring day would be my mum. Omg, you wun believe how funny she can be at home, or perhaps i failed to notice that in d past. whatever it is, she became sort of a small little entertainment to my boring day. well, lets see,
timing : 4pm
scenario : while i was watching some weird show on channel 8, mum started her routine of preparing dinner for us
props : mum on sofa, holding an ultra big knife, carrying an ultra big bowl with an ultra big cabbage (which i prefer it to be known as non edible leaves), hair filled with some unwashed DIY dye, empty box of DIY dye still on sofa, basically she looks like a mad woman.
action : mum cutting non edible leaves into smaller pieces with ultra big knife, starts to feel the toll. i was watching my TV peacefully. then, out of the corner of my eye, mum starts to shiver, small shivers at first, then bigger, bigger and
BIGGER! i thought she was having a fit! and then mum
giggles,
laughs,
shivers again. i swear i almost called the hospital. turns out that, she cannot stand the sound/noise when you tear the cabbage, you know the zzzzz zzzz zzz sound,ok try it next time, oh n when she told me about it, i was laughing like mad. how cute can my mother be, cant believe a cabbage makes her shiver like this. oh well, thats mum.
she quite enjoyed the process of tearing the cabbage though, something that makes her laugh, n i cant believe i never did notice the effect of cabage on her, should have catch it on my camcorder d next time.
sometimes, im glad i had funny parents, at least it makes my day when i feel bored.
